Any issue if I pull packmule? I can't fit everything in the 80.

I’m really hoping to come but have no clue about a camp site.
The road "heartbar" has yellow posts along it. Also there is a big campground at the entrance to the road.

Put me down for a spot on the sendit run

I’m in for the sendit run. The 80 is back!

Anyone interested in doing the Bull on Friday. I got the day off to head up early.

How about we give mortero wash another go….leaving the trail with straight tie rods and driveshafts is over rated.

And just like that I'm out...
But it's a good thing, we just scored tickets for the Folks Festival in Lyons CO which is the same weekend and will be camping along the St Vrain river, something we haven't been able to get back to for 20 years...
Well we had to cancel the CO trip so on again-off again Bud is back on again. Thinking about heading up to a close by yellow post on Thursday afternoon.

Please put us down for Tyler's half day run and I'll bring hawaiian rolls, salad (the lettuce kind) and cookies.

Here is the GPX file for Heartbreak Ridge. I think there are a couple different ways there, but they end up at the same spot. I've never run this trail, so any with experience may chime in to make sure it is right?

Phulcrum knows that area well. Are you thinking we will air down at the trail head?

I would assume we air down once we get of the 38, but I was also checking the maps and it looks like there is a trail that heads strait north past the cabin and dumps onto the 38 about 4 or 5 miles from the trail head? I've also heard there is a gate thats closed and you basically have to go back to Heart Bar to access the 38?

That looks correct up to the turnoff to Pontiac Loop. I think Heartbreak Ridge continues though.

Yes you can air down right when you turn off the 38.

Well with state opening up we have booked the Coon Creek group campsite for the club. This will be to celebrate 30 years of amazing off-roading and friends. There is a limit when it comes down to the amount of vehicles in the camp site but there are yellow post sites just down from the camp spot. We are going to have some pre planned runs and pot luck for the Saturday night events. Due to the limit of vehicle we can have at the camp spot please only request to camp in the group spot if your are for SURE going to come. As we get closer I will update this thread for more info. We are looking forward to seeing everyone!!!

****UPDATE*****

Food choice had been made, Smoking a brisket and pork butt. Now is the time to post on what you want to bring for sides to share potluck...I mean BnT style!!! I'll update this list as food choices come in. Additionally, Below that will be the names of those who have committed to coming and we will be camping in the spot. Sign me up for Jeff's all day run
I'll bring fruit salad with yogurt and coconut (with marshmallows on the side so they don't get too soggy... )

So, how does one actually find the camp ground? The directions sort of stop on the highway.
