It says "Speculative Render" right on it - neither one is a photo. FYI

Yup. Some artist drew it up. They may well have no more information than we do.

Thanks. Reading is literally a problem for me unless I zoom way in right now. Thought it was all some other language.

Hashtags don’t register with my old fart brain either... Not on Twitter. :)

Honestly, what’s the point of even posting renders?

A person in the 300 Series Group on Facebook seems to have info saying that Toyota will be making an announcement at the Chicago Auto Show in Feb with potential info on the new Land Cruiser and 4Runner. Very much speculative at this point, but would be nice to see some real info finally out in the public (if it actually happens).

Like others have said, I don't see them announcing the 300-series seeing how they are debuting the 60 year special edition 200. I would love for them to announce a 6th Gen 4Runner as well but I have it on good word that nothing would come prior to 2021 if there ever is a 6th Gen at all. Odds are they will show pics of the 2021 Tundra which we have seen spy photos of last week.

Saw the new Ranger on the road over the weekend. Looked good.

“Japan's Best Car claims the updated SUV debuts in fall 2020, but the report indicates that a concept could preview the new shape at the Tokyo Motor Show in late October.

The new Land Cruiser will ride on an updated steel ladder frame. Under the hood, a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 will replace the current 5.7-liter V8. The engine will hook up to a 10-speed automatic instead of the current 8-speed gearbox. A hybrid model might be available, too.”

Same stuff y’all have already been saying.

Every time this thread gets bumped, I hope the 300 series is finally revealed. It's been over a year and a half.

Any update?
Yes!?

A 3.5L twin turbo v6 will look like a penut in a shooting gallery in that vast engine bay. Besides, should be in the supra in a few years if Mr Toyota builds it.
