3 speed pto with split transfer case

I have a 1980 4 speed split transfer case/transmission in my FJ. I came across a complete pto winch setup with gearbox for a 3 speed. What all will I need to do to make it work with the split case?

1980 would not be a splitcase, 1980was the last year of the 1 piece.
if you have a 1 piece the 3 speed would bolt to it, but then the question is if the pto gear is in there.
if you indeed have a splitcase, the 3 speed pto will not work without modification.

8/80 was the start of the 81 model which is five months in 1980. Enough people go by production date not model year.
