What did your 76 drivetrain setup come out of? A BJ40?

Oddball stuff did happen in the past, certainly, but if your drivetrain came out of a 76 FJ40 or FJ55, it should have a 10 spline input for the transmission.

@Tigerstripe40 you are totally correct. I got myself confused and was overthinking this. I’m using the Aisin CKT – 032 kit and that’s definitely a ten spline by looking at the pictures. I also just pulled up a picture of my actual clutch assembly and you’re absolutely right it’s is just the standard course spline.

So with that said, the kit from Overland Cruisers should just work with my standard H42 transmission, right? I may be overthinking it but I guess I want make sure.
