The bubbles are a concern. There's clearly a head gasket issue evident.

There's 24 head bolts. Torque spec, location, and pattern to apply torque shown below.

A concern that needs to be addressed? Should I change the head gasket as well? Surely they last longer than 70000km?! Thank you so much for your help !

If you're not losing coolant or oil at an uncomfortable rate then its fine to drive, but it needs to be resolved at some point. Try retorquing the headbolts and go from there. If you have the energy time and money right now then head off is the best solution to verify cause, and refit a fresh OEM head gasket.

No coolant leak, oil has remained the same level and no bad smoke from the back. Oil pressure remains perfect and no overheating! If I do need to take the head off, would I need to resurface it or can I just throw in a new gasket ? Would I need new head bolts too? Cheers mate, really appreciate your help, legend !

This all bodes well.

If you can live with the oil leak you can do nothing.. if it were my vehicle I'd definitely

1. Thoroughly degrease and pressure wash and confirm the source of that oil, if its coming out of the head its the feed passage up to the rocker assembly.
2. Retorque the headbolts and hope for a quick win on that oil leak.

If you do take the head off, you can reuse the head bolts. A close inspection of the gasket and head may reveal why that oil passage is leaking and may determine whether it needs to be resurfaced.
