295 75 16 Terra Grapplers

Will 295/75/16 tires fit stock without rubbing or is a modification/lift required?

I've got the same tires. No problems getting mine balanced.

I ordered them from tires.com back when they had free shipping. I had them installed about 2 weeks before I lifted my truck. When I took them to get installed the guy mounting them said they wouldn't fit. He also sworn the spare wouldn't fit, but it does.

I run the exact tire on my 95 LC, no issues. Put 265's on the wifes 4runner, shook pretty bad. I took it back to the shop, they found one tire that was causing the issue, rotated it 90 degrees on the rim, then road balanced all 4, runs smooth as silk now. Take it back and tell the shop to balance them correctly...

Took it to another Dscount Tire and had them re-balanced. Drives like a champ now. Surprisingly low road noise for an AT tire.

Anybody know how these Terra Graplers perform off road in muddy conditions? Their tread pattern doesn't seem a whole lot more aggresive than a Michelin LTX M/S.
