With special thanks to KLF for the link, I was able to score some OEM Toyota bearings ( 90099-10091) from the local dealer for about $8 clams a piece. (I'm sure the NSK 6204V number can be cross referenced for places like NAPA as well.)
That is compared to the roughly $150 they want for the adjuster pulley assembly which is the only way they sell it. They don't list or sell the bearings for the pulley , but it is the same bearing as sold for another part. I believe an alternator or something as I have come to find out. The parts guy asked me what were they for even, ha.
Very easy to replace, just banged the old one out with a socket and hammer and put in the new one with a little more finesse using a dead blow and a socket that made contact with just the outer race.
