As is tradition, first come first serve for the HC trip once the thread is put up. No I don't know when I'll put it up, but it's January and we don't need 4.5 months to plan a weekend trip with 6 people.

IMHO no. Despite the precedent, the dates can change month-to-month based on availability and events. Triangle meetings are always the first Wednesday and they aren't on there either.
