I'm guessing by those dates that the meeting will take place at somebody's igloo ?

meeting will be the same place as last year at the old city hall in Belton
If I can only vote once, I'd like to use my vote, to vote against the 7 FEB date. I have to work that weekend.

The annual meeting will be on January 31 at The old Belton City Hall located at 512 Main St. in Belton, Mo 64012
Doors open at 11:00 and lunch is at 12:00 followed by the meeting.
As a change this year we are planning to serve Chili and hot dogs.
Please post a head count and what you are bringing.
The club will provide the Chili, Dogs, Buns, paper and plastic ware.
Please remember to bring your own drink, sorry no alcohol allowed.

On the moving Fall Crawl issue, I know members from other clubs know about SMORR and that it's a great place. Some of the TN guys have been there before and the IA club planned to send some folks next year. SMORR is awesome!
Just like last year, I'll bring some cookies or dessert. (You guys don't want to taste what I'd be cooking)
