I added an aftermarket high gain antenna to my 2013 LC . Once I found out where the antenna connection was on the radio and found an adapter it was an easy job. I did a thread on this forum about it.

The antenna came with 20' of cable which was just about perfect to run from the left rear roof up to the headunit along the left side of the vehicle.
