If I am remembering this correctly, during one of the campfires at PYS, a discussion was held and there was a vast consensus made by all that we should move this year's Hoedown up by one week so that more people could attend. There were several conflicts mentioned with the dates previously chosen, especially with other TLCA events. I hope this doesn't upset the applecart so to speak for those who had planned to attend the later weekend and I apologize for not getting this out sooner for those of you who didn't know.

So is it confirmed for August 20th instead of the following week? I may have trouble getting there on Friday the 20th so I may shoot down early on Saturday if this is the new date.
 
Yes...Aug. 20 seems to work for more people this year.

You can build, drive, design, and fab just fine! And that certainly wasnt what I was getting at. Im just saying, you have been gifted a sweet camper! And its 95% there, put a little cash into the details so that it is fully badass, and so you can enjoy yourself rather than trying to simply "get through" a weekend. Just like your 55, awesomely badass build and ideas, but the details and maintenance is lacking. Thats all. My 4runner was 100% solid going into the weekend, and after just 1 run down 10 and one loop around one....Ive been working on my 4runner ever since, and I still have atleast a week of solid work and tear down to go.

Clearly Clint is a mean person, and I dont see him even trying to wheel the cliffs at night :flipoff2:
