Hello friends. I have a 2006 lx470 with 260k miles. Since last year, it's developed a weird vibration/rumble sound. It only happens below 40 mph, most frequently at < 20 mph. It happens perhaps more frequently when braking to a stop. Seems to happen when the front of the vehicle is heavy, during braking and when I take my foot off the pedal. It's usually just an annoying "GRRRR" for maybe < 1 second, but at low speeds, when it happens, I can sometimes extend it if I want by feathering the throttle. I can end it as well by changing brake pressure or changing throttle. It seems to be coming from front left to me.

Here's a video of it:

I have done the following trying to nail this problem:

1. Changed brake rotors
2. Replaced the u-joints
3. Changed all front control arms
4. AHC delete, using stock LC shocks, OME torsion bars and springs
5. Changed the brake booster with master cylinder assembly

Mechanic told me that when he unplugged the ABS module and drove the noise went away, so we changed the brake booster assembly. Unfortunately no change.
What do yall think? Could this be the torque converter?

Check all the front bearings, check for play in/out of spec. Check & clean the front ABS sensors.
Also try rotating the front tires to the back.
Also , check the front CVs for any play or slop
