For Sale 2006 Casita 16' Spirit Deluxe built for mild off-road

Hey Guys,
Not using this awesome trailer as much as I should be, so I'm posting her up for sale.
The basics are as follows:
2006 Casita 16' Spirit Deluxe - Rear bed/ Dinette, side dinette which converts to a single bed, microwave, two burner stove top with overhead vent and light, sink, radio with IPod dock, plenty of storage, shower and marine toilet, 6 gal hot water heater, 16 gal freshwater tank, 25 gal grey water, 10 gal black water tank, heater, air conditioner, dual propane bottles, deep cycle battery, 10' fiamma awning, anti-away bar, electric breaks.
Stuff added:
22.5 degree down Dexter torflex axle (factory set at 10 degree up)gained about a 4" lift, 235/75-15" BFG All Terrains on black steel wheels, had a 2" hitch welded to frame.
Tows like a dream. Spotless inside.

Keen eye bud. It is the greatest thing since sliced bread for fly fishing. I can carry almost the same load that I had in my vest but WAY more comfortable, and I get to carry a water blader.

Total and absolute coincidence. But now that you mentioned it, maybe thats the calling I need to convince the better half that I NEED a 45............ I'll let you know how that goes.
