Amayama may have it. I've ordered a lot of parts from them and they are legit. They take the order without payment. Search for the parts and if they can source it they give you a final quote . Usually takes 2-4 weeks to receive parts so not as fast as Partsouq

It is a flip down cup holder in my 2005...best I can tell from Partsouq is Toyota Part Number: 6699060010A1. Called: Holder, Quarter Trim Cup, LH. It is hard to read the diagrams so please double check.
