I don't think that sway bar has been installed since the initial install. I think a lot of your problems are right there.

Take it to Chris, get it sorted out. At this point, you have no reason to toss this suspension, just fix it.

This suspension was designed for a 200 with some weight on it though, keep that in mind. If the ride is too harsh, you may need to play with the springs, but the shocks are good and the install was bad.

Open KDSS
Put a floor Jack under the swaybar
Jack up swaybar until it is aligned
Install bolt
Torque nut
Put truck on ground
Close kdss

the KDSS is intimidating for sure. We had to phone Andrew for a tip on a 200 a couple of weeks ago.

Those shocks work great with stock weight.

I have a feeling the swaybar fix will solve all of your problems.

Yep, me too. It's not the shocks I am talking about, it would be the springs but hey, I am no expert on 200's.....I just know the Aussies sell suspensions for loaded up trucks....that is why they always sit so high.

How the eff did i miss this? You can tell by surface rust its been like this awhile but jeez I just had tires rotated in the last 60 days at TOYO store.

I cannot really tell from the pictures, but it looks like the spring is not centered on the strut. Is that what you are showing me?

As for why it was not caught at the TOYO shop.....man.....most those guys doing rotation are not service techs......they are just average Joes that don't know s***.

Well in the pic I was trying to get just general condition but also the strut isolator or rubber gasket grommet thing
is escaping from under the springs. CW who installed it was surprised it did not come with the springs already set on the shock from IM but he put it together even though we could not find any info and MT in oregon was unable to talk that day about any specs for the 200 set up. We need a 49Tire North up here.

Those coilovers don't look right at all. Shock body should be centered as Nolen said. Based on Andy's reference photo the bolt on the sway bar looks like it was reversed. Should be: nut on engine side of link, bolt though the sway bar, then into link?

Get it to 49Tire ASAP before more parts fall off. I will put it back together.
