I’d actually like to see someone lower a new 250. I think it would look pretty cool.

This would make waaaayyyy more sense if it was the GX550, with a heavily modified twin turbo V6. Oh wait, is the 250 the same engine in the US?
Yeah, I've seen this photo too. I can't tell if they actually lowered it or just stuffed 24s on it. Either way, I think it looks pretty cool.

Was wondering myself. I can't ever really tell though. PS is getting good these daysGuys, that's a photoshop "rendering." That 250 picture isn't real.
Between photo/video editing technology and now AI being thrown in the mix it’s definitely blurred the lines. Was wondering myself. I can't ever really tell though. PS is getting good these days
I can hear the swish swish swish of the track suits that ride in this thing.

Depends on how hard you go. I think you could be careful with the skinny pedal and wheel and avoid most CV breaks.is this a common item of fix on 200?
my 290 k 200 (250 k stock, 40 k lifted bigger tires), is still on all stock CV

That makes sense! I will keep an eye on mine. I am at 2" lift.I'd personally classify it as a wear item--it looks more like I have a slightly torn boot rather than a fully blown axle. I have pretty bad angles due to being at the top end of recommended lift (~2.75") and I sent it a bit too hard at the offroad park a couple weeks back (on top of a pretty heavy year of offroad use)
you can change your head gasket during the axle swap. That makes sense! I will keep an eye on mine. I am at 2" lift.
I've been meaning to take it out and measure the FTG...but yeah I think it's mostly angle induced. The Westcott is definitely tall, and closer to level than I think raked...but I'm good with that. I had both the OE and this one, and went with this after many HE owners advising I wouldn't be satisfied with the rake after the install sans back seat.
