No lift yet. What you see is absolutely stock.
These are 17" rock warrior wheels with 285/70/r17 BFG KO2s.
Absolutely no rubbing, even with full articulation and full turn.
running them at 40psi, and they ride quietly...handle well...and will be adequate after I lift it next month.
I would have normally waited until the lift, but I I had to replace tires immediately...and these have worked out extremely well.
Had I lifted it already, I likely would have gone with a more aggressive tire such as Nitto Trail Grappler, but I was concerned about rubbing prior to lift or without modified upper control arms.
If you are interested in a tire/wheel upgrade WITHOUT a lift? I highly recommend this combo. You will not be disappointed.

PS. The only minor difference from stock (besides wheels) is the removal of those pesky running boards. Other than that, this is straight stock.
PPS. Here is a before & after photo to help you see exactly what you get...

Thanks a lot for the detailed explanation. I just ordered the OME BP-51s today so should I plan to go with a slightly larger tire than you have? I was thinking about the Nitto G2 in a 285-75-17. Thanks again for the pictures.

the 5.7 is a beast....it just flat out scoots no matter how its outfitted.
Only time I've had the tranny searching / switching gears was in the mountains of Colorado. And then I remembered my shifter. Gears and the labor are $$$$. And if you do go that route then you might as well crunch the numbers on lockers F/R since you will have it on the operating table. Adds up quick for something that may or may not benefit you depending on where you roam. If I lost power going bigger I cannot remember what it use to feel like.......AND ..."thats what she said"
Love it!!!I got a little artsy fartsy today

I'm no authority on 200 fitment (built up a 100, but just starting with 200), but assuming you also ordered upper control arms with your 51's, you should be able to fit up to 33.5" tires without an issue.
Others here will hopefully chime in... but I personally feel that unless you are willing to deal with gear ratio changes (or loss of power without it), most will be better served by sticking with 33's.
There are others here with far more experience with 200 builds who can offer advice...
I do plan to order the Upper control arms from slee with the bp-51s. Is the 285-75-17 considered a 33.5 inch tire? If I'm going to lose a lot of highway cruising capability I think I should probably size down. What is the best tire size to not affect highway performance in a big way? I don't plan to do lockers and gears for another year or so.
thanks

I don't mean to imply a huge problem. I'm EXTREMELY HAPPY with my 285/70/17s. If I could tweak my shift points a bit...I would, but no way in heck would I undo the change. My tires aren't truly 33's. They are about 32.7 or 32.8... And the truth? If I felt confident 33.5 would fit right now, I'd have done that. As Willy said...the 5.7 is a BEAST and launches you even with bigger tires.
I'm curious about model year differences... Mine is na 08
When I do the lift, I won't hesitate to go 33.5.
Again though... Other's here have more 200 experience than me. I'm familiar with my 100 build...but this 200 is a work in progress, and I'm only noting subtle differences at highway speeds.

I think I have decided to try the 275-75-17 and see how it goes. I should have all the parts within a week so I will update y'all on the progress of the BP-51s and the 33's
