Spotted this beast in Seattle, anyone recognize it?

That's the one that was spotted in Colorado about a year ago.

Absolutely love that color!

Did you upgrade your headlights to LEDs?

Cool!

I did not know that.

Hmm, wonder what it would take to upgrade my halogens to the new LEDs?

:hmm:... I foresee a headache in your future

I foresee a visit to the eye doctor for me. I could've sworn all those part numbers were different

Also no mention of the p/n of the led :bang:

If you notice the part number changes form 8.2014 ( my vehicle is made in 8.2014)
btw another thing you know how with regular xenon when you switch the light on for the first couple of seconds the color is different then when it heats up you get the actual color, you don't get any of that with the LED color intensity and tone is the same from the moment you switch it on.

Yeah, scratch that!

LED, Xenon etc...USA laws still limit how bright our headlights can be.

No advantages for the consumer to any new headlight technologies except LED's last longer,
but cost more.

I'd just be happy to get the stock LEDs at the bottom of the '13+ headlight assemblies to be DRLs instead of the dimmed high beams. (GX-R's rig came equipped as such.) If there's a relay or reprogram or something that would be awesome, but I know it's been discussed in other threads with no developments towards a fix (beyond turning on parking lights).

God love elevation. I'm at 700 ft and it's hot

I did the same fun stunt last year at the FJ Sumitt. It took two FJ Cruisers- one behind the other, my Maxtraxsand a lot is shoveling to get me out. A bit embarrissing but one guy got to use his winch for the first time. We had to snatch block the first truck to mine to finally get me out. I'm sure there is a pic somewhere out there...
