With all due respect to Shabzy35, and based on a lot of input here, I offer the following options (if you want to call them that) relating to possible methods for addressing a fubar 200 engine:
| 1 Source an engine from ebay? - VIN? | |||||||||||||||||||
| 2 Source an Engine from a salvage yard – VIN seems to be a problem | |||||||||||||||||||
| 3 Source an engine from a salvaged 200-Probably has a known VIN | |||||||||||||||||||
| 4 Jarco???? | |||||||||||||||||||
| 4a Source an engine from dealer (Jarco = re-mfg) - No VIN but with 12 month warranty | |||||||||||||||||||
| 5 Trade in the fubar vehicle to a dealer for a low-ball number | |||||||||||||||||||
| 6 Sell the fubar “shell” with the bad engine | |||||||||||||||||||
| 7 Sell on BAT? | |||||||||||||||||||
| 8 Sell on ebay? | |||||||||||||||||||
| 9 Sell to copart?? | |||||||||||||||||||
| 10 Part Out? | |||||||||||||||||||
11 Take a chance on a Tundra engine?
