It started Saturday night when Jay and Cam showed up with a few dozen beer, mission was to pick up 2 1hzs and h55s plus split case..

3Am and it was off to bed and get up at 7am to catch a ferry...


Off the ferry up past Whistler to a street called Owl Ridge just past Pemberton.


Met up with the seller, loaded up the engines and transmissions.... We had our doubts about this whole situtation..





We Stopped for some Nachos and a couple double caesars to ease the pain of the night before (not me just Nachos) on the way down in Sqamish .

Jumped in the truck headed for the ferry with the tank on E and managed to miss the ferry by 2 minutes:meh:.. Headed for nearest pub and had a few more beers, grabbed a few for the ferry and headed home..

On the ferry in the dodge two very large men evacuated large amounts of some type of nasty gass that quickly made for a departure from the cab by the people inside, less the individual who released this gas..Persons or person who are resposnible for the gas find this quite entertaining by the fact we were gagging..

One person had to relieve himself of a fair bit of a liquid and used Timmy coffe cup, he managed to fill the large cup several times at one go while getting a bit of fluid on his thumb, he poured it overboard, we later noticed there was a car deck below us and hoped nobody was accidently sprayed with the yellow substance..

Got home and Jay drove him and Cam back to vic at 9:30, big thanks to these guys..:beer:



There was rumor of a person in a Porta potty off a side road whilst taking a crap had a large diesel dodge front end pin the door shut and slightly tip it backwards..Individual trying to crap was unsuccessful in completing his mission..:meh:

Good times. Bad smells. Beer and pub food. Made the best of our wonderful ferry system and came back successful with a truck full of 1HZ's.

Who knew a Dodge a porter potty and cold temps could work so well in place of Pepto Bismol? LMAO.
 
For hilarious COTD, I will return from Texas with a very cool CCOT poster of FJ60 for you! :beer:

Thanks Jon, I used the companies fork lift...;)very handy and very fast..

Not my engines, Valley Hybrids asked for a favour... got a couple free helpers :pand picked them up for him..
 
That was quite a sausage party by the sounds of it...I had the unfortunate experience of being near one of those large men after he'd had nothing but black beer and greasy burgers for three days.
Dude needed a flare stack.

Have to admit tho, that's a lot further than I'd go for a favour...hell I have to think about it when someone asks me to pass the salt....:hillbilly:

Awwwhhh the stories were a flowing also, heard bout the 3 day potatoe patch party...

Think Cam was down for a couple dayer, Jay threw in the towel...:doh:

Sounds like a great mission. Ahhh Ceasars... I have the Clamato in the pantry and spicy beans in the fridge. It's funny that after living in Canada for 4 years I'm hooked on Ceasars and Timmies.

They just opened a Timmies between our house and Pittsburgh, so we will definitely stop for double doubles.

Sounds like it's working out for Georg in the end but that Jordan snake sure ruffled a few feathers with his douchebaggery.

That fj45 he was selling had the worst paint quaility I have ever seen. Ye ol' 5gallon overhaul at its finest.
