4.11 and 33's w/ the 151 is a good match. I'm on 31s right now, and it is a tad low.
if you do a lot of highway, you might go with a 255/85r16 tire, which is a tad taller than a 33 and a tad skinnier. But I wouldn't expect a *lot* of difference vs. a 33x12.50 or a 285. Maybe a tad lower rpm and a little better mileage.

I'm on 315 with 1HD-T and H150 .. and feel it's just perfect combo .. would be fantastic if the 3rd caould be a little lower .. but I'm still happy ..

I'd imagine that the h150 has the same problem as the h41 4sp: long step from 2nd to 3rd.
If you prioritize off-road, the low 1st is probably a good thing.
all-purpose... it is a wash
on-road, the h151 w/ the tighter shifting ratio is much more pleasant to drive
based on my limited experience
I'm still waiting around for someone to build a 15% overdrive that hooks up to the rear driveshaft only. Then you can run higher diff gears and still have "normal" 2wd gearing... but lower gears when you are in 4wd.
'Course, that means you've got to have part-time 4wd.
Probably cheaper to just get a Toybox (which I thought that you had, Soop?)

When I had my HDJ80 I went from 35" down to 33" tires (had 4.11 gears & H151) and I lost the top end Freeway speeds I was used to. Went back to 35" and the gearing was perfect.

I was coasting today at 100km/h @ 2200 rpm aprox 700ºF and 8 PSI of boost .. that was really nice .. with plenty of pedal and diesel room available ..
