1HD-T / LS1 or ???

Im sure he get's that, though I think his point may be that the 1HDT can compete with the LS in off road comps with proof of such, and not that it was purely a superior engine to the LS.

Regardless, I think it would need significant mods and to be driven very hard to compete.

Yep excactly the 1HDT CAN DO IT

But remember guys this was in Panama and the guys in my race where getting max 350HP out there V8's,this is still propably a 150 more then I got out the 1HDT but I am a firm believer in distributing your weight,fiddle with your suspension and pedal to the metal

There were a few guys with + 500HP engines but since they where running bigger tires then I was they raced in a different category.

Now we all raced on the same track and looking at the end result off the day then the winner off the bigger tire category was usualy only a few seconds faster then me although they had rigs that costed 3 times what I had in mine

I guess we just have to go with our gut what we like the most,I might put a Nissan RD28T in the 40 I have now(blasfemie no?)

well my friend at least I have some useful still .. meanwhile you got almost all of those ..

fact you can't beat me in electronics/electricity or computers ...
