Bought the vehicle in Feb 2001 (1 1/2 years old and 18,800 miles) from the CFO of the local Toyota dealership here in Houston TX. He was the first owner and it was his every day driver. My wife drove it for the first 9 years, and has been my every day driver for the last eight plus years. When we bought it, recognizing the quality and superiority of the vehicle, we planned to drive it until the wheels fell off, and have maintained it accordingly ever since. It has many factory or dealer installed options: leather seats; third row seats; separate rear a/c; heated front seats; running boards; luggage rack; trailer hitch; rear air spoiler; etc. etc. etc. (Sadly, is only has the standard Center Differential Lock, no optional Rear Differential Lock...)
In 2010 we bought my wife a 2004 LX470 - that's when I started driving the LC. We have just purchased a 2010 GX460 with 24,000 miles for the wife, and I'll now take the LX470 for my everyday driver, so it's time to part with our beloved Land Cruiser. This vehicle is in excellent condition for the age / miles. I regularly drive it over 600 miles to South TX without hesitation or concern for reliability. It has never been wrecked or had any body work, never in salt (no rust anywhere), has never been off-roading (dirt roads yes, but not the real thing), has been meticulously maintained and has been garaged its entire life. It has never been smoked in nor pulled other smelly service (like hauling wet dogs). It is factory original - no modifications of any kind (see note), all major maintenance and repairs throughout its life have been done at the dealership and with OEM parts and all fluid changes etc. have been done on time throughout its life. I have all receipts for the life of the car to back up this claim (see note).

Issues:
Drivers seat is worn and cracked in places and has a tear starting along a seam - drivers arm rest is also cracked.
The leather steering wheel is cracked at the joints between sections and shows minor wear in a few other places.
Imitation wood trim is discolored and separating in a few places.
One of the CV boots is starting to leak, and needs servicing.
A few minor dings and scratches - far fewer than normal for a vehicle of this age and mileage. See photos.
Notes:
I replaced the original OEM radio/CD/ cassette player with an aftermarket Alpine CD Receiver (model CDS-105). This includes a radio, inputs to add satellite radio and a USB plug for recharging a smartphone etc. and for playing music from smartphone, memory stick, iPod, MP3 storage device, etc. I saved the original OEM radio/CD/ cassette player, and the purchaser will get it with the vehicle. The CD stopped working - that's why I changed it out.
There are two oil change receipts I cannot locate - for some reason they never made it into the file. But I guarantee the oil was changed about when scheduled each time. Also, I can't find the receipt for the replacement of first injector and the eight spark plugs in December, 2013. But I do have a note that was done on this date, and as one can see from the receipts, the remaining seven injectors were replaced about three months later.
Purchaser also gets original radio, extra lug cover, all records, original manual and all other OEM issued documents, original tool set, complete tire jack kit, third row seats, 2 keys/electronic FOBs plus one valet key, full spare with matching / 5th alloy wheel, etc.
Recent major service / repairs:
Replaced 2 rear tires 255K mi (new set of Michelin tires went on at 207K. One of these got side-wall puncture at 255K mi, so I replaced 2. At that time all tires were wearing evenly & running straight and true. Remaining good tire with 50K mi out of 60K rating went on as spare. It is full spare with 5th matching wheel.)
