What are you gonna do with that viper? Does it go with the truck?

Interested in a trade for a Ford 2001 CC Dually, Lariat, 7.3, 145K miles?

Possibly but very unlikely. I have a 1997 F250 with the 7.3L just changed out half of the glow plugs tonight actually. Ran out of light and have to do the other side tomorrow. 2 of 4 were bad so hopefully with the 21 degree morning we are expecting I can get started a bit easier.

Send me an e-mail at jasontrayloratgmaildotcom. But you never know. I want a 5th wheel a few years down the road and that would pull a lot better. I would miss the OBS but would be fond of the solid front axle if you have a 4x4 and the intercooler none the less.

Thank you,
Jason

Bump for a good rig and a better seller...

Good luck Jason

Thank you Brett, doing the crazy car shuffle with the kid on the way. But I guess you know all about that. No worries though it is just going to leave more time for the FJ43 and more gas money for trips up/down/accross to NC.

Didn't sell on ebay. Might throw it up there again but still interested in trades for any diesel SUVs that you may have. Or a very nice SUV that is not diesel for the wife to drive. Must be AWD. Price still same with OBO.

Have been driving it the last few days. Sure does warm up quick compared to my diesel truck on those cold mornings.

Viper removed and running good again. Appeared to be a bad ground.

Installed dual battery setup and it is AWESOME. Put in my extra Duralast Diesel Battery. Tight fit but it is in there. Got the winch hooked up and cleaned up. Was going to do the remote garage door opener last night but ordered a 390Mhz instead of a 315 that I needed.

Getting really ancy about selling it and wanting to hold onto it but I'm trying to let reason keep it for sale. Saw that LX450 with the turbo and had major envy and big dreams.

Bumpity bump bump bumpity bump!

Have you decided to come down in price yet? It's a neat truck, with a lot of good stuff on it, but w/ 220k on it, I'm having a real hard time justifying $14,900. Just saying...

Free bumpe either way.

Thanks,

Yeah mileage is a bit high but there are multiple other rigs on here in the upper 12's with less. So yeah I'm in that price range. A few weeks ago I would have taken something in the 12's but not anymore. Still firm.

But in all reality I don't want to sell it. Logic and the fact that I never get to use it says I should but I'm also hoping to get stationed to Ft. Drum NY (Lake Effect Snow) so I might just hold onto it anyway as I hear there is some wheeling in the general vicinity and it will be a nicer ride than my F-250 diesel into work that takes darn near 8 miles to warm up with temps in the 20's. That and my FJ40 that I always knew had to go will be up on the chopping block in a couple of months when I finish it and as long as that sells before September this year I can afford to keep this one. At that time it would be more of a logistics issue than anything. Not to mention if I get up there and have to drive thru 2 feet of snow to get to work I would really kick my ARSE that I sold this. But then again I could get stationed in the south again and have no need for it. So yeah in a holding pattern really.

I just can't let go of this dream that easily yet. Love it to much.

Best of luck whatever you decide.

Even more importantly, THANK YOU for your service.

Another weak moment of what I call "sanity". I prefer to live in insanity most of the time.

Taking reasonable offers. Don't be to offended or don't think I'm not serious just becuase I change my mind all of the time. Can't help it...I'm attached. So I might change my mind again soon. I just get overwhelmed of thinking of all the cars I have to move and the projects sitting in different states all over the country. Add in a move with a new baby followed a few months later by a deployment for a year and it just doesn't make sense. Especially considering the crappy wheeling around here.

Anyway, the talking myself into it rant over.

Finally got to take it out wheeling. Not the greatest park ever but it was fun for half a day.
