Hey guys,

I'm selling my 1997 Lexus LX450 with 226K'ish miles on it after removing some of the parts I had previously built it up to because I lost my job and needed the money, unfortunately. I'm asking $6,000 obo for the truck with the below mods. For someone wanting to build a great trail rig on 39's-42's, this is the perfect beginning of a truck with a lot of high dollar mods already installed and ready to go. I daily drive it, and have since I bought it, which it's fine for, outside of the gas mileage. I need to get a prius to save money, so if anyone has a used prius, let me know what you have, and maybe we can work out a trade.

1) 5.29 Gears Installed
2) Stock Tires & Wheels
3) Fenders are trimmed (37's clear with no suspension lift)
4) Custom front and rear bumpers partially done (remaining tubing to complete them for cost of material)
5) Sliders partially done (remaining tubing to complete them for cost of material)
6) CDL Switch & 7 Pin Mod
7) Roger Brown 2" Body Lift Installed
8) Custom Raised Exhaust & Muffler for Clearance
9) Brake Controller - $250 New
10) Landtank Seat Extensions
11) Slee Offroad HD Tie Rod & Drag Link
12) Slee Offroad HD Ball Joints
13) Longfield Chromoly 4 Piece Super Axles
14) Marlin Crawler HD Inner Axle Seal & Knuckle Service Kit

If you have any questions, I prefer you email me at chrisrademacher at fastmail dot fm

Thanks,

Chris

Hey guys,

I've been so freakin' busy I haven't had any time to mess with the Toyota since the electrical issue I had a few months ago. I replaced the fuel pump, but there's still something preventing it from starting. It's almost like there's a security switch triggered or something. Nevertheless, if someone would like a discount on the truck as it sits, just needing some electrical troubleshooting to make it run again, I'm accepting reasonable offers. I'd really like the truck out of my driveway and in someone else's that can use the truck for what it's built for. So, if anyone's interested, please let me know. Thanks,

Chris

Can you post pictures of the truck in its current state?

Here are some pics of how it sits right now:

I'm thinking somewhere around $3K would be a fair price for it, but I'm open to offers. I leave for Iowa the week of March 20th, so I really need to have this gone before then. Thanks,

Chris

There's the rest of the bumper fab parts too I still have in Maryville, TN at my parents, and I think that above covers everything. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hey guys,

Come to find out, to make a long story short, the entire problem with the truck not running after nearly a year of sitting in my driveway........ya ready for it.........wanna know how stupid I feel right now?...........drumroll please...........the freakin' fusible link...lol. I found the problem in a half of a day, when the shop up here couldn't figure it out after having it for 3 weeks. Ridiculous! The part will be here tomorrow...now the hard question is do I want to keep it or sell it. :)

Chris

Trust me...been dreaming of how to turn it into a buggy and putting it on 40's...oh, then I realize I have a baby due any day now too. :)

Chris

Another vote for keeping it. Put some moth balls in it and let it sit until you are ready to go back to it.
