1997 LX450 Door lock issue? (1 Viewer)

My 97 locks the doors on its own? Is there anyway do just disable the electronic locks? If so do you guys know which fuse to pull?

It’s likely the alarm going haywire, google it up lots of threads detailing removal and issues.

mine does it sometimes too, turn the key, start it up and close the doors, and all 4 doors are locked!!

My 97 has been doing this for the last 3 years. The only solutiom I've found is a hide-a-key.

You can add a newer alarm pretty easy with the Lutz auto parts.

The factory preset of the RS3000 alarm is to auto lock the doors when all doors are closed and the ignition is switched to ON. Page 20 of the RS3000 manual tells you how to disable this feature. You can download the manual from the resources section.
I assume you mean something different is happening??
