Good evening ladies and gentlemen. I thought I'd post this here as many of those on this forums are better equipped to appreciate these beasts.

1997 Lexus LX450 with 150K miles.

Three owner California vehicle. First two owners were from Manhattan Beach and Long Beach in Southern California. Third is myself in Northern California. Never offloaded and never abused. This one does not have lockers.

Clean California title in my name. I have the pink slip.

I have had a long list of Toyota Tacomas and 4Runners. After owning a LX450/ Land Cruiser, there is no need to go back. I am only selling this to step it up to a 100 series, which is more practical for my needs.

All work has been performed by Land Cruiser/ LX Series gurus including Gary Kardum's shop- Mudrak's Custom Cruisers in Sonoma and Georg Esterer's Shop- Valley Hybrids in Stockton.

150K miles as of 4/10/17. I purchased this from the second owner in Long Beach, CA who had owned it for the prior 15 years. It has been very well maintained and drives exceptionally well. Handles like its on rails with the OME and KO2 stiff combination.

Old Man Emu Medium 2.5" Lift Kit- Shocks/Springs/Steering Dampner installed at Mudrak's Custom Cruisers in Sonoma, CA. At the same time, Gary performed a brake overhaul using the best rotors and pads for an 80 series. According to Gary, he helped develop them.

Complete and thorough Front axle overhaul using only OE Toyota parts at Georg Esterer's shop- Valley Hybrids in Stockton including all the seals, gaskets and knuckle bearings as well as greased it up.
His shop also changed the wheel bearings and installed new knuckle studs and spindle lock kits.

Oil- Chevron 10W30
Oil Filter- Oversized Mobil one synthetic media M1-209
Coolant flushed several times with Toyota Red.
ATF- Fluid extraction via Pela 6000 5x with Valvoline Maxlife ATF
Brakes-flushed when brake overhaul done at Mudrak's (Gary Kardum) Custom Cruisers in Sonoma, CA.
Front Diff/Transfer Case/Rear Diff Chevron Delo 75W90 GL5
Power Steering- Extracted w/ Pela 6000 approximately a dozen times in the last 6 months using Maxlife ATF. Should be moderately clean.
New Denso OE Fuel Filter
New Denso OE Starter
New Air Filter- Toyota OE
New Plugs-NGK
New Wires-NGK
New Hood Lift Struts
New OE Aisin Cooling Fan/Fan Clutch
New Vapor Canister- OE GM fits nicely.
Newish Odyssey 34R Battery
Done! Pesky Heater Hose-Gates Green Stripe/ Breeze Constant torque clamps
Done! New OE Toyota Blend Door
Osram Night Breaker-Made in Germany bulbs
OE PCV and OE hose

Probably a thing or two that I am missing, but for the most part, all of this has been done in the past 6 months.

This car needs absolutely nothing except for fluid changes to go for another 100K. Easily.

Landtank front driver seat modification allows for an extra 1-1.5 inches of legroom up front. Instrumental if you are 6'4".

BFG KO2's- 295/75/16 E Load Range- 90% Tread Remaining.

Body is in good condition considering the age of the vehicle. A few dents, dings and scratches, but with a professional buffing, could look pretty damn good. Interior is in great condition save for the normal wear and tear on the front row.

Included in my asking price, are many NEW OE and upgraded OE parts- NGK O2 Sensors, Filters, Coolant, and new Toyota OE smog/emissions related parts, cap/rotor/coil, ect.

I split my time between the South Bay Area and the Gold Country. The 80 is currently with me in zip 95233.

Feel free to ask any questions.

Jim

Looking for a bit of feedback if possible. What do you folks believe is a fair market price for this rig? I am into it 13.5 as it sits right now.

I'm sure you have what you state in to this rig but taking the overall condition into account your 80 is realistically in the
8.5K to 9.5K price range. Two biggest factors are, the paint is very tired and the front seats are well what they are. Another
factor is your front bumper is all bent up and most 80's in your asking price range either have a straight front bumper or
an aftermarket ARB bumper. Also why are you using the term "Bulletproof" when that term is in reference to a Ford diesel
engine(usually a 6.0) that has had mechanical mods done to it to improve its reliability and performance. I know this
because I own a 03' F350 that has had these mods done and is "Bulletproof". The use of this one reference is probably
not helping how folks view your add and making them roll their eyes at it. You asked for feedback and I'm giving you
fair and honest feedback so please don't get all twisted up about it. I hope you get as close as you can to your asking
price.

Cheers
Arch

I will add that with exception of your front seats your interior does appear to be in very good conditon.
I would post more photos of interior(get everything out of it and wipe it down), under the hood and under
body/frame.
