IMO, you would have to use a car intake. You can't place the engine high enough with the tall truck intakes.

People have clearanced the pan. I tried, didn't like.

If I use the shallow 4L60e pan with a 3" lift and the highest motor mount placement, will I be able to use the stock driveshaft?

Here is shallow pan, approximately 3” lift, and stock shaft. Truck intake, BARELY clearing closed hood:
