Yes on lockers - no rust. Right now my wife wants to wait till we can fix it.... the low estimate of value from y'all helped her decide. I would have had to be $2500 or touch more for us to consider selling it.... heck the tires with 3000 miles are close to some estimates of value.... I "thought" I had seen locked axles going for ~$1k, but I could be wrong.

E-Locked axles do sell for about a grand, but installed in a truck that doesn't run, they don't add as much value as you'd think. For someone who wants just the axles, they have to get rid of the rest of the truck.

You could make more if you parted it out!

Agreed, add to that the fact that we are seeing more and more of them out there with either bad motor or trans and the laws of supply and demand kick in. I've purchased 5 so far for $3,900 one actually just needed a radiator and it has a wrist pin knock. At least that's the guess. It's been Heather's truck for a couple years now.
