Ya what ever, On this site we like to look out for each other. and if you look in the the bad seller section you well see that Land Cruiser Heaven is in there quite a bit.
Obviously you and mikeyT don't know how to inspect a undercarriage because this one has undercoating sprayed over RUST !!!

That is the Land Cruiser Heaven in Maryland. Not Land Cruiser Heaven South East in Miami. Different techs and owners. In fact, Land cruiser Heaven in Miami doesn’t even sell vehicles…only service.

Photos of the undercarriage taken last week. This is a daily driver and not a garage queen. Any rust present is surface and not significant and not structural. It can be easily taken off with a wire wheel and hit with undercoating but we prefer to present the vehicle's exactly how they are.

Please see the below video link demonstrating that the surface corrosion is just that and not any kind of rust that one would ever be concerned about. The video is currently in Standard Definition but should be upgraded to High Definition in a couple of hours (just uploaded it to YouTube and that is the process). You will be able to improve the resolution by clicking the gear icon in the lower right hand corner of the video and selecting 720p or higher:

It sold on BaT but the buyer didn’t honor it. It just sold again this week via Uncommon Motor Cars
Unfortunately I think that is not unusual on BaT, but they don't let it effect their sales statistics.
