1990 3VZE - Fuel Pouring Out of Vacuum Line

I reinstalled the upper intake plenum (had to remove it to replace the engine harness).

I re-attached all the vacuum lines and replaced any that were broken (including the stupid $30 PVC line) and started the truck up. It started right up, idled really high, then started to be alittle erratic around 1k RPMS.

I noticed when it was running that fuel was POURING out of the vacuum line that goes to the power steering ACV. Here's a picture of the line in question below:

I hooked up all my hoses according to pictures I took before I removed the plenum and the diagram below.

Fpr has bad diaphragm

Thanks gnob. I'll get a fuel pressure gauge and attach it to the cold start injector.
 
I looked over the lines again and realized I had mixed up the fuel return line with the power steering air valve line...whoops. Switched them back and it's idling and running great!

I found this cool diagram online and thought I would post it here. Can't get any easier than this.
