Will a 70 series fit? Original diameter 115 mm, 70 118 mm.Bottom has air vent and top side connections but I don’t see much difference.
Are 70 Series charcoal canisters still available new? Do you know a part number for the one you're talking about?

120 looks bad for a car show. the 70 canister 77740-60410at. Called Dorman and they were not helpful.
Rebuild an OE one then. There are several threads on opening them up and replacing the charcoal with readily available materials.

There was a thread a while ago, or in the 80-section where someone ordered one and it is deceptively small in the pictures.

From a thread in the 70 Series forum:

Hello,

Length is 6 1/8 in. or 156 mm.

The diameter is 4 5/8 in. or 118 mm.

This canister is mounted on the left fender apron with two plates.
@Spike Strip It's definitely small, but possibly a viable solution if you doctored up the bracket. You lose points for a bad fit, but gain points because it's OEM. @DrRock says they're discontinued and he's a smart man, but there's some available from PartSouq and eBay. There are 3 ports on it and the original 60 one has 4 ports, so you'd end up teeing a line - not "stock", if that's a factor. My AC Delco canister has been working fine and I'm not trying to win any car show medals though.
