JB Weld set up and looked good, I put two coats of rustoleum inside and outside.

While it was drying I took the covers off the wiper linkage access and cleaned all the leaves and debris out of there. I had a drool of water when it rains.

Then I cleaned the floors under the front seats, pulled up the console and started installing sound deadner. I will finish tomorrow when the paint dries.

How long has this truck been in Florida? That looks like road salt kicked up by the front tires caused that.

Don't know how long it has been here. It's a lot less than the road salt damage I am used to seeing in NY. This LC would be considered "almost rust free" up there!

Got the sound deadener installed, carpet back in, seats and console in. Sounds much more civilized than prior. Not sure if it was lack of anything on the floor, the big hole or the added soundproofing but it's lots quieter inside now!

Not really. Been going back and forth to home depot with the cruiser mostly.

Ordered a windshield washer aftermarket tank and pump to replace my broken pump.

Otherwise just bouncing down te road on weekends.......
