About the bare spots on the body panels. The vehicle had many stickers, some nasty ones. The stickers were very old and sticking so bad that it was hard to peel them off. I tried using sticker removers but it didn't help. When I did finally take out the stickers it had damaged the paint so I sanded it down.

Ok. Thanks for the reply. I was just curious as I hadn't seen another 40 with kind paint missing. Do you have any full under hood photos?
