Seems scammy to me. Claims he has an Arizona title, but the only pics are clearly from the Japanese auto auction. It could be legit, but why not post actual pics that you took, if it is here & already titled?

Also, it is most likely a BJ46 based on year & build spec. 5 speed,Pto, power steering, A/C, the whole works really.
