i just noticed this. kind of hard to tell from the pic but there should be some reveal on the seal here.
if this seal wasn't seated all the way it will leak right now.

Nice work. You're going to be amazed at the crawl capability you have now.
Thanks Scott! I’m really excited to wheel it!
One day (winter) I’ll have to drive it down to the desert to wheel and explore with you.

@mesa man does your truck have a clutch bypass button like the later pickups do? Does it even have the clutch safety switch? The reason I ask is that it would really suck if you have to step on the clutch to start it when you stall on a really steep climb.

With these low gears you can just re start it in gear even when all you see is sky out your windshield. Saves you from a scary roll back situation while trying to operate 3 pedals. You can keep your foot on the brake AND feather the gas as needed. The 4.7's or double low will easily drive through the brakes. You can let off the brake once you have your momentum back.

Stepping on the clutch with a stalled engine while in super low gears on a steep hill can be bad as well. You can REALLY spin up the clutch to excessive speeds.

Maybe you already know all this. I didn't when I first went duals so just throwing it out there.

Thank you @gnob for alerting me, even if it was after install the whole shabang!
So… I fixed my mistake and I guarantee I’ll always remember that and never Do it again,
I did question myself when initially installing the seal but didn’t follow thru! Lesson learned!
I owe you a beer!
