Highly desirable year and color. Runs exceptionally well. New: hood liner, sun visors,carpet,seat belts front and back,blue tooth radio,side mirrors,console between front seats,weather stripping,rear step,cabin light,Weber carbeurator, distributor, alternator with inline voltage regulator, spark plugs and cables, battery, power steering, tires like new,very cold a/c.

i'm in NJ with the same car with a hard and soft top..anyone who wants the soft top version i may be convinced to sell based on the o.ps asking price.
i have to agree---dune is the best color and 82 is arguably the best year. glws.
 
Well let's just say, you've been a member for less than a month and you post your first time to sell a cruiser with no pictures and a pretty lame write up. That's not being a hater it's just being honest. You are not going to make much of impression here starting out insulting members. If there's a troll here I'm pretty sure that it's going to be you. Saw a clean dune beige drive by me a few weeks ago in Hyannis. Could of sworn a women was driving ? Wonder if it was this one ...

Great advise. If you see a reply you don't like feel free to skip right over it. My original comment was a joke and then he got offensive. Not saying something when It looks wrong isn't going to help. I actually had every intention to help him until he got s%^*ty.

I personally do get your point but at the same time you know zero about the seller. Maybe they have been a member a long time but made a new account to sell this truck, you have no idea.

I also get the whole new guy here just to flip a truck and make $10grand or more and I too think it is lame. At the same time I think the "know it all" attitude and circle jerking that goes on here in mud is pretty lame. There sure is a lot of that too.

Is this a male dominated truck forum or not? What's up with sensitive feelings and thin skin? One guy makes joke, and he's a hater?? Several others have asked for photos and still no photo's. IMO, you have huge nuts to ask me to pay $39K for this vehicle and then make me dig for proof that it exists and in the state you claim it exists. Respect me with a detailed ad that flaunts lots and lots visual aids, especially if your writing skills are lacking.
 
Still waiting for pictures. Burden is on the seller to convince this community that it's legit and to provide convincing evidence to any potential buyer(s).

It's a tough crowd and for that I'm thankful.

I'd love to see pictures. If legit I am happy to take a trip down and see it. I have in laws in Harwichport and am looking for an excuse to go.

Would love to add an fj40 to my collection of cruisers. That would allow me to prep my 80 series for my 14 year old who has been angling for it.

Radio silence and 3 posts makes me nervous, unless it is already sold.
