Not sure what you mean. I posted it in the For Sale section.
The "tag" I am referring to is a prefix option which you can choose from when posting new topics in the classified section.
Labeling your thread, in this case with the appropriate "Craigslist" prefix allows viewers to know, even before clicking on the post, that they will be chasing a "Craigslist" link.
