Parting Out 1979 FJ40 in NC

I am looking for the hook portion or the latch part of the tire carrier that is bolted to the rear of the cruiser. No clue what its called but basically the thing the tire carrier latch hooks onto..

I believe this one has been parted out. According to Post 64
