you're missing the point. for almost 30 grand people are expecting something closer to flawless. and the structural stability of the frame is not a "minor flaw".

try fleabay.

He is on ebay with a top bid of $24,100, I feel real sorry for the newb that buys this one! They have no idea of what they are looking at, they are overwhelmed by the exterior shine!
Toyota: Land Cruiser

The people buying these trucks are clueless and easy prey for the unscrupulous sellers.

Here are couple questions asked by ebay bidders;

Q: Does the truck have a spare tire?

Q: Hi Obvious question but is this - beautiful Toyota diesel or petrol?

These questions speak volumes about the buyers!

Used to link a thread in sig line, evidence the shady nature of the seller, but doubt there are many mudder's buying these half assed polished turds, anyway.

My experience cost very little money, but someone out there could make the case for outright fraud, with that oversold POS following several others the same trademark overspray.

This s*** will catch up to you someday, @toyotakillsjeep, since caveat emptor ends at the point you screw the wrong guy.

I seriously don't understand the shi@ talkers on the truck I've been so straight up posting updated pics and still people ... Still up for grabs for 25k firm people no negativity

I seriously don't understand the shi@ talkers on the truck....

s*** truck, so why would you expect different.

Not even a marginal attempt at a decent coverup, negating any shred of credibility, and pure disrespect to even the word restoration.

It was worth more in the original condition you purchased, as it's easier to 'do' than to 'redo', and that needs a lot of redoing.

You can't expect to post up a lame ass attempt at polishing a turd, for $25k, and it be all sunshine and unicorns, when it's maliciously deceitful for the purpose of financial gain, screwing the unsuspecting or ill advised.

But, I'm sure you know this, having bought and restored hundreds of Land Cruisers by now.

Thanks everyone for my hard work y'all just pick on my thing I swear I've been a member for 6 years so much disrespect Jesus

I've been a member for 6 years

90% of activity in classifieds, postings with similar quality 'product'.

If you'd paid attention in those years of participation, you'd know better than to post that junk here, to begin with, especially with your self proclaimed experience level.

You're a 'user', not a member.

Not a member of the community, since it's a give and take relationship.

Not a member of the site, indicative the lacking star.

so much disrespect Jesus

Amen.

Disrespectful to the enthusiast, some that have tirelessly worked on their 'restorations' longer than you've been a 'user' of the community, most at expense far surpassing possibility of any financial ROI.

Disrespectful to others 'in the business' that, at the very least, grasp the concept of ambiguous descriptions, allowing buyer inference.

Disrespectful to Jesus.

To be disrespected you must first have or have cause to command respect and a user name with login credentials, for any amount of time, aren't enough to warrant.

Sold for $27.1K on EBAY, to the seller; congrats on the sale however I would refrain from using the words ground up restoration. You did it tear it down and put it back together, but the term has a more legitmate meaning on Mud, to this group of 45 enthusiasts. My 6 year 45 project was down to bare frame rails and slowly is being rebuilt, but I will not call it a ground up resto even though every nut and bolt will be replaced. Either way, you made your money and hopefully the new owner is pleased and did his research.

no it didnt sell the new auction only went to 18k so....

2 days ago it said it sold for 18k so....
