Nice build description so far. I wonder, are you going to keep the PTO winch stuff?

Thanks and Yep i had the exhaust guy get pretty technical to make the shaft clear..... If it doesnt it will get another joint.

Finally back to tinkering on the poor thing. Wiring is secured and cleaned up. The tail lights and front park lights are in the bumpers as well as the gm collumns wiring is cleaned up and turn signals functioning. Had issues with led lights not drawing enough for the stock flasher and ended up fighting an led flasher for a while. I found an affordable flasher but after more ih8mud searches i wish i would have tried United Pacific #90650 25 amp flasher because it sounds like it still makes some type of audible clicking. I also ordered some gauge cluster stickers but wasnt a huge fan of them. I went ahead and used the main ones but... It will have to work for now soni can move to other projects like seats and front shock towers (ford towers)

Finally shocks all the way around. Just need to bolt down cage and order seats. I hit the wrecking yards i just didnt find the right scenario. Rather order. Any slam dunk options?

Lengthened front and rear drivelines finally. Shot some black on them today and am now one ujoint short of being able to throw them in (ordered new oem bolts too). Noticed the rear ebrake drum was leaking bad so I added some rtv to the splines.

I gutted the inside today because although it has been indoors the whole time the durabak just doesnt look as good as 10 ish years ago (guessing lol) when I first sprayed it. I ordered another gallon except I plan to spray the smooth non textured over the existing textured.

I have spent the last two days building a list and I dont plan to stop this time until it is done!

The one item that is killing me is the passenger front factory seat bracket. I have been looking for it for years! Sadly i found it at my painters years ago and managed to relose it! Does anyone have one for sale??

Shifter boots are bent and drilled. Had to weld in a filler plate to make it cover correctly. Chrome isn't my thing so i will blast and bake a black kg coating on the rings hopefully tomorrow. I am still waiting for the durabak so I can reshoot the inside. I want to touch up where some peeled when I pulled the tunnel back off plus the textured holds debris/dust like crazy.

Ordered floor mats used some 3m 08008 adhesive to glue the kick vent gaskets and passenger door seal. Lost the brand new drivers door seal apparently so still waiting on the other to show

Gotta be honest not sure how but apparently years ago i lost the detent springs when i had to bend the shifter to clear the heater. The shape and leverage made the shifter more less fall out of first gear. This is the actual reason for the tunnel off and gutting the interior all over again including removing the cage to reline the inside of the tub. All 3 detent balls were there but springs were gone. Back in business now.

Still struggling to find this seat bracket anywhere from here in the classifieds to the good ole web. If anyone has an idea i am all ears!! I am about to bend it and make it but we do not have a 3/4 square die for the bender but we do have a 1” so worst case I will do it but really rather just buy it or better yet find mine lol

Shackles showed up. Needed something to clang going down the road like there isn’t going to be enough already. Luckily they have rubber washers to reduce it a bit.
