you may have more into it than 20K but that's about what its worth. If you want proof, throw it up on eBay. id be very surprised if it goes for more.

You'll probably get more than 20K on E-Bay, however as has been already pointed out that isn't a 35+K "restored" FJ-40.

I was bidding on this last November at the auction where it sold for $23K. I looked it over pretty good and even though it's nice it still needs a lot of sorting out. I think $23K is all the money, but still might bring $25K on eBay.

i'll play some more. Once again. A fairly clean truck. But i'm pretty sure it didn't come with black overspray on the transfer case from the factory. Someone went under that rig with black spray paint and went to town. That isn't a restoration.
