My fj has a build date of Oct 71. Looking through various schematics, it is starting to appear to me this was an electrical transition year between pre 10/71 and73. The closest one I can find is the Haynes 1972/1973 schematic. If anyone can provide insight please do.
also, would anyone have a photo/description of what the proper headlight switch should be ? Mine has a light in it.

referring to the schematic referenced above, it has a WB wire going to the front turn signal lights. The wire there but, not connected. I expect it is a ground, but what does it attach to ? The base of the light as an extra ground ?
