For sale is my 1970 fj40. Has a newer 1/75 2f engine and 4 speed gearbox. Engine was completely gone through new seals , bearings installed. Front / rear differential rebuilt as well and transfer case. 4 wheel disc. Front oem 4Runner calipers and rotors. Rear is Montecarlo disc brakes. Has mini truck booster with 80 series master cylinder and wilwood prop valve. Newly recovered oem seat and cushion with sor cover. All gauges work. All lights work. Old man emu 2” lift ( shocks , leaf packs, greasable anti inversion shackles. ). Saginaw power steering with bracket professionally welded onto frame. Oem wheels and caps with 33” ko2’s. Metal tech full roll cage welded into frame. Reproduction oem soft top. Ccot short bumper. New battery installed a few days ago. Led headlights with hella fog lights. Original paint with beautiful patina and ZERO rot. Pretty sure I’m forgetting some things. Runs like a top. Can’t fit in garage after lift so unfortunately I need to sell. 40,000 Or best REASONABLE offer. More pictures upon request. Clean tittle in hand. No trades.

So the seller's entire story is a lie, he bought it with the lift and is just flipping for a quick profit? They make it sound like they have done a ton of work, but it was all done by the PO (waterboy)? I just find it funny how some people operate (the current seller).

Was a decent buy at $25k (or less). Don't see the $40k asking price justification though.
