I think I will go with disc on the front just seeing the shape mine are in after I took the drums off the front and back they are all in bad shape

What's the best option for new axels. I'm not committing to anything I just want to see my options. I was thinking the best thing would be dana 60s. Does anybody have any axels they would recommend. And if I got something what would I have to also buy or get something new for like the transmission. Remember this is going to be a trail buggy and also a street legal almost daily driver when complete.

No real point to go with weaker axles than you've already got D60s are sweet but seriously wide under a 55, FJ60 or 80 axles are another option ...

If I go with fj60 or 80 what would I have to dp transmission wise or engine or would I have to do anything at all

Anything Toyota is going to have a PS offset, so you'd be stuck with any driveline you could adapt to a Toyota TC. I've seen a custom Ford 9" for a centered diff ...
