1966 Land Cruiser FJ45 pickup

@Indygbd Thanks for posting this ad today!

I called the guy and went to see the 45 this afternoon, it's a very solid truck mostly all original, the truck came from Montana and the current owner purchased it about 10 years ago and was stored outdoors during this time.
The truck has a fair amount of surface rust and in need of a complete restoration. I decided not to purchase it mainly because this truck will require more work that I'm willing to devote towards a complete restoration.
However, this rare 45 is a good candidate for someone that has body repair experience and is willing to spend time and funds to restore this truck to it's former glory. Once this truck is restored it should yield big bucks in today's Land Cruiser market!

I only hope I can find one like this in a few months when I'm ready. I don't know why I keep searching. Not ready just yet. Need to finish my current fj40 first. It's torture to see these nice ones get away. Let me know what your looking for and I will keep my eyes open.

Can't believe its not gone yet!

wish I had the funds right now.....still a couple years off from one of these myself. Good find tho! Thanks for sharing.

They sure don't stick around long!!!

I thought about it, it looked solid and all there.......but I just don't need another one right now. I think just painting the bed to match the faded seafoam would have been the way I went and just make it a nice driver and not a show/resto truck

it was a 65 not a 66 I think
