Well I couldn't find anything wrong with the transmission so I took it to a guy that also couldn't find anything wrong. Everything is back together and appears to be working fine, next nice weather day I'll go put some miles on it!

No more excuses back to work on the 59 tomorrow!

That car is sweet . the fender skirts and how you did air ride controls . Had a 68 Chrysler Newport that had fender skirts . Only look good on certain cars .

Neato, I’d love to find something like that to lift the front of the GX for wheeling, it’s 99% her daily so no full lift.

I've been lagging on this one lately with all the other projects going on over here .
I did finally patch all of the holes that needed patching and got the interior prepped good enough for primer..

So you know about the Pig party distraction and you're probably wondering why I'm not down here updating this build thread by now. I decided to pull the single piston GM style front brake calipers off the 53 and build a set of four piston calipers that would fit under my 15-in rims to help it's poor braking then the plan was to jump back on this one. Well....... The cam went flat in a buddies car and I'm dealing with that then another buddy pulled his 4 year project vehicle out of the shop that was working on it and asked me to finish it, so it will most likely be next year before I'm back on this service body 59 @bobm .
I'll find somewhere to post pictures if you're interested in this Dimond T.
