No shop play yesterday. My son turns 30 this week and has decided he wants his first firearm. So we went shopping.

Today I closed up 16 miscellaneous holes on the lower firewall section. Most of them are rivet holes. There are probably another 60 holes remaining in the firewall and floor board.

Not much to report from this weekend. Nothing picture worthy for certain. We spent most of Saturday celebrating my son’s 30th birthday. He’s my youngest. I guess that makes me old! I did weld up some more holes. The count now stands at 44. I also removed 3 broken bolts from the cab floor. Two were gas tank bolts and one was a rear cab mounting bolt. One came out pretty easy. The other two put up a bit of a fight. My cab corner patch panels arrived last week. So next weekend is planned.

Last weekend I removed and prepped the passenger side rear cab corner.

My weekend had an extra inning. I took a mental health day and installed the patch panels. Body work to follow.
