I went to Utah a while ago, and I was too busy having fun and taking pictures of the views and of my kids to get many pics of Lexi, but I did get two that might work here:

Panorama Point, Maze section of the Canyonlands:

Salt Flats:

Oh, word to the wise: don't drive out on the salt flats unless you want to spend an hour and a bunch of money at the local car wash trying to get the salt off your vehicle.

It was nice and sunny as well as warm today so the Lexus wanted to go dip her toes in the river and tan for a while... I was OK with this as I got to just sit back and admire her beauty

Finally got to USE my GX470. We recently dubbed it the "Swank Tank" and the name seems to fit. Completely stock except roof rack with mods coming as needed. Really liked the air suspension for this trip. We towed a way overloaded pop-up camper, two canoes on the roof, 2 adults and 4 kids about 1,000 miles round trip to the Boundary Waters with no issues. Was a joy to drive some rough back roads with mud, rocks and water holes to get to some remote lakes on the edge of the Boundary Waters. Ride on rough roads is ridiculous smooth. We typically go in for a week but did a base camp at Fall Lake Campground and day trips each day. I head back up this weekend with the guys for a more traditional backcountry camp.

Found my wife a 2009 GX470. Only had 35k miles on it! Picked it up a few weeks ago. Pretty excited. She had been driving my 100 series. Now I'm back in the 100 and she is in the 120.

Thanks for all the great pictures, really makes me want to get a GX.

Looks good Lars! Is that Holcomb (Trail)?
Gold Mt. Had to wait for a couple Jeeps to get winched. I got a few WTF looks. Not that some of our group didn't struggle and we had one almost flop.

These are the times I find it best to add something like "Is the outlet mall on my GPS nearby?" while sipping a starbucks and climbing rocks people get stuck on :P

Brought home a new-to-me 4runner last week... sadly the 60 is being replaced. :( Good news is that the 4runner checks pretty much all of the boxes for my needs.

Next week I'll be heading out with it and a few friends on a two week road trip to Wyoming (Grand Teton), then to Washington (Seattle/Olympic).
