Now that we’re in the “short rows” with registration, here are a few more highlights……
What the event provides:
* 3 evening meals (event starts at 4:00pm Thursday afternoon / Sept. 17th at cabins 527 & 533).
* Guides with extensive knowledge of Windrock and a choice of trails.
* Saturday evening raffle (after dinner). ***

Your responsibility:
* Have park passes (available online and at the park).
* Reasonable due-diligence to make your your vehicle is up to the task (and fueled up).
* Food and drink for lunch on the trails.

*** We’re able to accept credit cards for raffle ticket purchases however there is a 3%-4% additional charge to cover credit card fees. 100% of the raffle proceeds goes to the ALS Association.,

The conductor on this train is one cruel piece of work. He has been watching this guy running to catch the train for days and keeps it just out of reach.

A few reminders ……….

The event starts around 4:00pm on Thursday (9/17) at Windrock cabins 527 & 533 with social hour followed by a “Taco Thursday” hosted by Odd Iron Off Road.

Your Responsibility ……..

Please obtain your Windrock passes prior to Friday morning (available online or at the park store).
You’ll need to pack a lunch for both Friday & Saturday while on the trails.
Top that bad boy off with fuel.

Well behaved pets are welcome to attend. There is no need to leave Rover at home.

Highly recommend bringing a camp chair if you have one.

We noticed during the review of the registration process, that at least 2 drivers were not members of the TLCA. We purchase our liability insurance through the TLCA and they require that all drivers (and only drivers) be members for their insurance to be valid. If you’re are not a member (the best $20.00-$30.00 you’ll ever spend) we ask you to join prior to the event.
